About

Greetings and thanks for stopping by! My name is Meridith and this site offers different modalities to healing through nature. I have let this idea grow, bloom, marinate and swirl in my brain & heart for a long time. I have had moments of doubt, followed by booms of clarity. Healing thunder claps that have been the undeniable force of the universe speaking to me and moving me through to the next chapter. I believe that through nature we find our heart center and for those of us in recovery from substance use disorders that layer is deep and often very wounded. I will meet you where you are at and empower you to make decisions that facilitate your healing. It is your process not mine and through a combination of Reiki, Herbalism and going deep with nature, I believe there is a place of peace to be found. A place where you can let go of and just be as you are today. A whole you, eyes and heart clear and open. Here is where I believe you will truly meet yourself.

I have come to this place of readiness to work with people in this way through my own journey of sobriety, recovery, heart healing, processing feelings through nature, tons of therapy and business ownership. I was a florist for 12 years and owned a shop for 5 of those 12. It was the experience that completely altered my life. I thought at one point it broke me and then I realized it saved me. I met myself and it changed the course of my life. That’s the short of the long on how I landed here.

To stay up to date with more of that story, workshop offering, healing news and what’s ticking in my brain please read my blog ! To stay social, even from your couch, follow me on social media.

Glad your here,

-Meridith

Community // Circle of Safe Workshops

Circle of Safe is a community that supports people who identify as female in their healing journey through nature. We offer a workshop every season, where you will be immersed in creating an installation from materials foraged by the group and brought in from local farms. These installations will be a communal expression of the healing focus of the group. The focus of these workshops is to allow each person to process their intended work through the group & establish community.

Being clean & sober is a requirement for these workshops and we ask that you commit to not using substances of any kind (including pot & alcohol) for 1 day prior to the workshop. These workshops are a commitment of self to embodied healing.  As a sober person, I believe that being sober through this process allows for the deepest connection to self and healing. If you cannot commit to this, our workshops are not a fit for you. If think you have a problem and cannot attain this goal, please reach out to us and we will provide you with supportive resources.

Workshops are held in Washington and locations depend on the season. We are available for travel if you’d like us to bring one to your organization or private group. Please email us here to inquire.

During the workshop dance movement, yoga, herbs and Reiki will be incorporated to create a safe grounded space to process.  After you sign up you will be sent a list of what to bring and how to take care of yourself before you arrive.  All meals will be provided.
